Ambiance/Decor/Atmosphere: Red, grays, browns, and combinations of that in support of the Red Robin restaurant theme. It's a chain-ish feel with a slightly upscale vibe like Red Robin is actually trying to interest consumers into frequenting the establishment.
Noise/sound level: Red Robins are generally in or around strip malls with heavy shopper traffic. Noise will be more than usual, but not more than effectively what a party would consider conversation.
Menu: For a restaurant centered on burgers the menu is too large. People need to consider regular six ounce burgers of a large variety, tavern doubles of a small variety, and various other chicken, fish, or salad options for people that hate burgers.
Service: Inviting, warm, welcoming, attentive, helpful, but still nonetheless slower than should be. The waitress here was super patient and very helpful with us while we paid out bill split four ways.
Food: Yes these are fast food burgers that the cook staff really can't hit the temps on, but overall the food is better than most Red Robins. These patties are skimpy, and service tells you upfront your burger will be medium or well done. What if I want mine medium rare? Bottomless fries here are way, way better than other Red Robins, so much so, I had a few orders of fries to get my fill.
Bar: Full
Price: Not exceptionally over the top, but might be a little on the higher side depending what you order.
Overall: One of the better Red Robin chain restaurants that might actually care more about the food than other Red Robins. Service is a little painful in the area of finding a table, but if I'm remotely in the vicinity of Dickson City again I won't feel terrible about ordering from Red Robin. -

I ordered a classic with cheese and fries on 3/10 for lunch and by morning 3/11 I had horrible stomach pains with diarrhea. I only ate here since the burger was filling. Very disappointed.

It's hardly a cheap option, but we've enjoyed every visit to this Red Robin location. As always, the burgers are excellent. The bottomless fries and salads are a big plus. We found the fries easy to get refills on, but the salads lagged quite a bit. It's also quite loud, so not a good choice if conversation is your top priority. And they do take ApplePay.

Service is a little slow and there isn't generally very many people in there. We never have to wait. Waitresses seem to argue with each other a lot. Food is usually good, sometimes not quite as hot as we would expect. It's just a so so place. Will probably be back for lunch here and there, I will update review.

The food is always on point and the service is always great. Avoid weekends, especially for dinner. Otherwise I have never been disappointed eating at this red robin or other locations
